Refunds and cancellation
1. Cancel any time
You can cancel Pro whenever you like from your account, with no fee and no need to contact us. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Pro stays on until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, then your account moves to the free plan. Your progress is kept.
2. Payments aren’t refunded
Because Pro opens all of Arrowbox’s material the moment you pay, payments for Pro, whether the first one or a renewal, monthly, quarterly or annual, aren’t refunded, in full or in part. Cancelling means you won’t be charged again; it doesn’t return the payment for the current period. Before you subscribe, you can read the free designs and the opening of every other design to judge whether Pro is right for you.
Renewals are charged automatically at the start of each period. To avoid the next charge, cancel before the renewal date shown in your account.
3. When we do refund
- A payment taken by mistake. If you’re charged twice for the same thing, for example because a second subscription was started by accident, the extra payment is refunded automatically and in full.
- A card that can’t pay in the plan’s currency. If a card issued outside India is used for a rupee price, the payment is refunded in full and you can pay at the international price.
- If we close your account without a breach of the terms on your part, or stop offering Pro, we refund the unused part of the period you’ve paid for.
- Where the law requires it. Nothing here takes away a right to a refund that applicable consumer law gives you.
4. How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card or UPI account you paid with, through Razorpay. They usually reach you within 5–7 working days of being made, depending on your bank. Your receipts in your account show when a payment was refunded.
5. Questions
If you think you’ve been charged wrongly, write to support@arrowbox.io from your account’s email address and we’ll look into it. The terms cover subscriptions in full.
