Blob store

How this question breaks down

1. 1Object modelCore24 minAn object store is a small, strongly consistent index of names in front of a huge pool of immutable bytes; nearly every behaviour it has follows from keeping those two apart.
2. 2UploadsCore23 minSplit a big upload into parts the server remembers, so a dropped connection costs one part instead of the whole file.
3. 3DurabilityCore30 minKeep objects through disk, rack and zone failures with full copies or with parity fragments, and pay for the choice in storage, repair traffic and read latency.

Work through the parts in order and you’ve covered the full design. Each part is one topic.
