How this question breaks down

1. 1IngestionCore27 minTurn 1.8 million messy files into clean, current, well-cut passages, each carrying where it came from, which version it is and who may read it.
2. 2RetrievalCore21 minTurn a chat message into a standalone query, search keywords and meaning together, re-rank, and hand the answer model eight passages that actually contain the answer.
3. 3GroundingCore23 minWrite answers that say only what the retrieved passages support, cite each claim, check the citations before the employee sees them, and say "I couldn't find that" when the documents don't say.
4. 4PermissionsCore23 minMake sure Ask Tally never retrieves, quotes or summarises a passage the asker couldn't open in the source system, even minutes after their access was removed.
